Care Today · Urgent & same-day care
Today means today.
Walk in before noon at 111 Maltese Drive and you will be seen the same day — not triaged and sent home with a number to call. A team of doctors, physician assistants and nurse practitioners is ready, with cardiology, pulmonary, GI, neurology, orthopedics and pain management available in the same building as the imaging and lab.

What do you need today?
Do not come here first for crushing chest pain, chest pain with sweating or nausea, pain spreading to the arm or jaw, severe trouble breathing, face drooping, arm weakness, slurred speech, fainting, or coughing up blood. Call 911 — do not drive yourself. The nearest emergency department is Garnet Health Medical Center, 707 East Main Street, Middletown.

In healthcare, today has come to mean someday.
We are changing that.

Where to start
Start with the symptom, not the department
You should not have to know which specialist you need. Tell us what is wrong and we will route it.
Chest pain or pressure
Stable chest discomfort, palpitations, pain on exertion, or a heart symptom your primary doctor wants worked up. EKG, bloodwork and echocardiogram are done here.
Cardiology pathway
Shortness of breath
Breathlessness, a persistent cough, wheezing, a COPD or asthma flare, or breathing that has changed over days or weeks. Imaging and pulmonary testing on site.
Pulmonary pathway
Pain that will not settle
Back, neck, joint or nerve pain — new, worsening, or not responding to what you have tried. Same-day X-ray, and MRI when it is needed.
Orthopedics · Pain management · Neurology
Stomach and digestive trouble
Abdominal pain, reflux that is not controlled, changes in bowel habit, nausea, or a GI problem waiting weeks for an appointment elsewhere.
Gastroenterology pathway
Headache, dizziness, numbness
New or changed headaches, dizziness, tingling or weakness that has been going on and needs a proper look rather than another phone triage.
Neurology pathway
Everything urgent care handles
Infections, cuts needing stitches, sprains and possible fractures, rashes, immunizations, school and sports physicals, work injuries. No appointment, seven days a week.
Urgent care
Your visit
What “seen today” actually means
A team of doctors, physician assistants and nurse practitioners is here today, working the same floor and the same chart. Who sees you is decided by what you came in with — not by who happens to have a slot.
- Before noon
You arrive and the team takes you
Our urgent care team includes emergency-trained physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners experienced in the area your symptom points to. Someone takes your history, examines you, and starts the workup — not a form at a front desk.
- Same visit
Testing gets done here
EKG, bloodwork, X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound and echocardiogram are in this building. Most results are back before you leave, so you go home with answers rather than an appointment for answers.
- Same day
The team pulls in whoever your case needs
If your findings call for cardiology, pulmonary, GI, neurology or orthopedics that day, we bring in the right member of the team from that specialty. When that physician is at one of our other offices, they join your visit by video while our team is in the room with you — so the examination still happens today, not next month.
- Before you leave
You leave with the next step booked
If your case needs follow-up, it is scheduled before you walk out — not left to a callback you have to chase. You go home knowing the date, the place and who you are seeing.
- After
It all lands in one chart
Your primary care doctor and every specialist in the group read the same record the same day. No faxed reports, no repeating your story, no imaging done twice.
Telemedicine
Can’t get here? Be seen from home today.
Telemedicine urgent care with the same team and the same chart. If you need a prescription, it goes to your pharmacy before the call ends. If you need labs or imaging, we book it while you are still on the screen.
