After serving his internship at Kings County Hospital, Dr.Palmer completed his obstetrics & gynecology residency at his alma mater, New York Medical College. As an Army Major in charge of Ob/Gyn Service, Dr.Palmer was stationed at Bassett Army Hospital in Fairbanks, Alaska. For the past 30 years, Dr.Palmer has been in private practice here in Orange County and also in New York City.
Dr.Palmer has special interests in teenage counseling, and is also committed to the treatment of infertility and newer concepts in the treatment of menopause and its specific problems. He has been a valued member of Middletown Medical, P.C. since 1997
